Mike O’Guin is a full time Florida resident, who was convinced by other part time residents of Naples, Florida to help them out while they were at their other home because of his knowledge of construction, mechanical systems and his great problem solving skills.

It is because of those friends that he created Home Matters of SWFL, Inc. a company that provides Naples home watch and excellent customer service!

He has been a home owner himself for 30 years and knows what it takes to maintain a home. He is willing to work with his clients to fix any issues that may come up with their property. If you use your Florida home as a vacation spot or second home, he knows that things can go wrong.
